So i went to see an therapist Monday , and well that appointment went kinda some like how it was in my head , for a few years now I been in a very dark place but over the years it had gotten worsen to the point where I want to self harm . I wanted to get help so i went to an appointment with an therapist , I’m not diagnosed just yet until after i see the psychiatrist next week but the therapist says I’m suffer from chronic depression 😔 and she was saying something about taking anti-depression and I’m scared . Also she would like to schedule me for grief therapy along with the chronic depression therapy .
