Step mama

Any step parents here?? I constantly thank God for sending me a man with a child (against my own wishes, may I add.. I didn’t want ANY kids) before I had my own. Step parenting is H A R D. It’s a learned love, unlike biological parenting where its an, “I was miserable for 9 months and then couldn’t pee without crying for two weeks because I pushed your huge head out of my vagina, and I loved you immediately”. Especially when they come into your life in the midst of their terrible twos. Step kids; it isn’t a lesser love, it’s a different love. (Step son 3 1/2 and baby girl 3 weeks)
