Constipated ?

What helps with constipation? 14 weeks and I find it harder and be straining myself more then usual

Probiotics are everything. 
I suffered from on and off constipation before becoming pregnant with my second. I tried everything the doctor suggested and knew it was going to get worse with pregnancy. I decided to try probiotics after I had to take antibodies early in and wanted to keep my immune system strong, turned out they did so much more for me. I've suggested to many people since and it's been helping them as well. I checked with my OB's nursing team before I started them and they gave me the okay.

This stuff helped every single time! Plus it tastes good lol. I didn’t find that any pregnancy safe stool softeners worked for me. You gotta drink at least 2 glasses a day or at least I had to. Worked like a charm

Prune juice. Stool softener. Not all are safe during pregnancy but my doc recommended Colace. I also continued to have 1 cup of coffee everyday in an attempt to keep myself regular.
