Meeting parents for the first time

My boyfriend is meeting my parents for the first time this month. My parents are pretty laid back but because my boyfriend and I are an interracial couple I am nervous as to what my parents would think. My culture is pretty conservative and most would want to date their own race.

Do you guys have some tips for us when they meet? Also what type of setting did your parents meet your significant other? What did you wear?
