Periods have returned but ovulation hasn’t.

I was diagnosed with pcos at the start of the year after the loss of my periods suddenly. I have since lost a bit of weight and they seem to have returned regularly (month 3 of return). Since they’ve returned I have been tracking ovulation and sadly haven’t ovulated any of the 3 months. I’m back to the doctors on Saturday but really worried she is just going to send me away again and “wait” now that my periods seem to have returned. We have been ttc for a year this month.

I’m not sure where we go next now that I’ve become regular again, is it a case of hoping ovulation comes soon? 😔🙁
