You should always try a new food once or twice and then wait two days or so before trying it again. This way you can watch for allergy, but also situations like this so you are able to distinguish his vowel movement from normal because of diet, to alarming

Chances are his body is just getting used to the lease. However peas can turn poop a more green pea color, just as carrots can turn poop orange. I wouldn’t be concerned so long as baby is acting okay.
