Hypothyroidism and fainting?!

Hey does anyone here have or know about hypothyroidism? I've been feeling very lightheaded for the past few weeks and recently I basically fainted after a shower .. since then it's been wayyy worse. I got a blood test and my dr told me to go to the ER as I went in the evening. The blood test results show high TSH... I've also got Pcos and so my hormones seem to be all over the place. I've literally just been stuck at home because whenever i attempt to go out I can't even do anything I just make the person I'm with hold on to me as I walk or we need to sit down til the worst passes.. it's really annoying and idk what to do!! Omg and walking from the medical centre to my house while fasting after my blood test was almost impossible i cried! If anyone else has had this from hypothyroidism pls tell me what u did... any sudden movement, any lights, anything literally will trigger me to be light headed :( im so frustrated rn!!!! I got a thyroid ultrasound done today and I got another blood test yesterday (third one in like 4 days) .... everything else is my blood is normal.... dr said that my b12 and iron levels are perfect 👌🏻
