Pregnancy after tubal ligation

I had my tubes tied in 2016 after baby #5, it was a huge mistake as I am dealing with ptls now and just a feel of regret, because we do want another baby now. So we are looking at our options, getting my medical records and seeing what can be done. Reversal or IVF?? I'd love to hear stories from others who have gone with either choice, how recovery was, successful??and if anyone choose to transfer more for twins? 😁❤️
