PLEASE HELP UGH skin issues

Ugh I have this patch of red skin (not sure what it is) and it flared up today

I have a date tomorrow and now I’m debating to go or not. I mean this picture makes it look five times worse and it’s gone down but still

I have a dermatology appointment in a few minutes but it’s not going to all go away by tomorrow 😭😩😭😩😭 I did our cream on it that the dermatologist gave me months ago and that didn’t help and made it worse

I also never wear make up so that’s not the issue. I’m not sure if it’s eczema or Rosacia???
