Genital warts???

Hi everyone! I recently had these growths near my butt. I was concerned and went to my obgyn. She tested them with an acidic test but she said they didn’t turn white as genital warts usually would. She said she was going to prescribe me an ointment and to put it on 3 days a week for 8 hours. I was so relieved. But when I got the prescription, she prescribed me imiquimod...which are for genital warts. I am very confused! Do I have them or do I not? They don’t look like your typical genital warts, more like skin tags.

Any input would be greatly appreciated, I’m going crazy!
