Any doctors in the house?

Does anyone know what this could be???

Here is the breakdown: yes I am going to the doctor tomorrow morning finally.

*I have small dots that at first were unnoticeable but now are spreading on my body everywhere and I'm very itchy. No it's not chicken poxs🤷‍♀️ and I've had this for 2 weeks. Nothing helps me feel better except taking an allergy pill to calm the itch during the day... But at night I basically have to just double my Benadryl to fall asleep to get over the itch. It's on my hands, feet, butt crack, behind my knees, and my private area down below. So mainly crevices. I just wanted to get ideas as I stay up with this horrible itch 😭 (and I was never able to go to the doctor earlier because Benadryl overdose made it impossible for me to wake up and then I would have to go to work I like 4 p.m. so I wouldn't wake up until then)
