Implantation Cramps?

Hi, im 40 and have been Ttc my first child for a long time now, at approximately 7dpo/8dpo I was awoke in the middle of the night with mild period like cramping, in lower back too. I took some pain killers and it lasted about 30 minutes, just felt like period cramps but with no bleeding.

I just wanted to ask people's opinions on wether this could be implantation cramping, wether this was something that anyone had felt and ended up being pregnant? Many thanks x
