3 month old...should he be grabbing toys?

Just wondering at why age he should start grabbing toys? He will hit them if they are above him but doesn’t seem to have his hands QUITE figured out yet...except to suck on 😂 a girl I know’s baby was rolling over and grabbing things at 3 months, and it really is so hard not to compare! 😳 he also hates tummy time so I try every day but I still feel like his arm strength isn’t the best, although he has good neck support
