I punched him 😞

I don’t even know if this is the right group, but I need help. I’m desperate right now.

So my SO was on baby duty. I noticed she had been crying for a while, & I was going to get up to help him, when I saw him YANK her up, and start bouncing her hard enough to where her cry was shaky, it really sounded like he was shaking her if I wasn’t paying attention. She is 6 weeks old, 7 on Saturday. & I’m just heartbroken. I know it can be frustrating, but I’ve never wanted to hurt my daughter & i lost it when I saw the way he was handling her. I don’t think I’m over reacting- my daughters safety is my number one priority & I’m really considering that I should pack our things tomorrow, & get away for atleast a few days. What do y’all think?
