What is going on?!?!

So I had a chemical last month and got another BFP this month. The problem is I am spotting again. Every cycle I am spotting 20 days out of my 32 day cycle which cannot be considered normal. I thought maybe I had low progesterone but I just got my blood test back and it is 22.4 which I believe is normal 🤷🏼‍♀️ my HCG is only 11 and I am 4 weeks exactly today which seems really low. I don’t know what the next step is, I feel like I’m going to have another early miscarriage. Has anybody else ever had this problem??? Please help!
