Pregnant at 178 lbs

Hey everyone so I got pregnant mid end of 2016 I was 150 the heaviest I’ve ever been! But I was fine, I gained I think around 40 pounds? Now I’m 178 an my baby just turned 2, and found I’m pregnant again, I’m really happy but I’m so disappointed in myself for not losing weight, I cried so much today cuz I had a bad hotflash and felt faint, I told myself I wouldn’t feel this way if I weighed less! I’m doing ok with my diet an I told myself to work out on days I feel good! Anyone heavier and pregnant? How do you feel? My first pregnancy I use to get randomly so hot an my heart would pound. Please tell me I’m not alone!
