Iud help!

I got my iud 5 months ago in December (Mirena) and the last 2 months my period was more regular with very little cramping. This month I missed my period(currently 24 days late) and when I was supposed to get my period I was using the bathroom a lot, a few pimples came in, very bad cramping but then got no period. Just brown discharge for a few days... is this normal? Should I be worried? Has this happened to anybody else?

Unsure if that means I won’t be getting my period anymore because the last 2 months felt regular to me. My biggest concern was the change in cramping. Please help!
