1st Postpartum Period....Graphic Picture!

So I THINK I am starting my first period after birth. I don't knoe what is happening honestly. I had my son just over 7 weeks ago. I am breastfeeding and I am taking the mini pill for birth control so I had no idea when to expect my first period. When I wiped yesterday I saw some flecks of blood and then today I started having cramps. I just went to the bathroom and this is what I saw. Honestly I'm freaking out. Is that normal? It doesn't look normal. It looks horrible. Is this what your first period is like? Should I be calling a doctor?
