Bottle

Does anyone know of any baby bottles that are medium flow but don’t leak once the bottle is tipped over? My son likes to just spit out his bottle once he’s done with it leaving a huge mess in his crib and I’d have to wash his blankets every other day...his bottles he’s used since newborn are starting to smell inside even tho we wash them and take them apart for a good wash every feeding. Any suggestions? The bottles that have milk come out when tipped are the dr Browns
