Jealousy

I’m currently in a relationship and very very happy. My boyfriend never gives me any reason to be jealous, yet I still find myself having those feelings from time to time. I know they come from an irrational place but I was wondering what the best way to deal with them is for you guys? Right now I talk to my friends and if it’s something that really bothers me, I talk to my boyfriend.
