Back Pain
31w5d today. Just felt the sharpest pain in the center of my back. It was so strong it almost made me vomit. Does anyone know what this may be? Or how to get rid of it? It went away after maybe 5 minutes of me breathing in through my nose and out my mouth but it was soooo painful 😖
