Traveling while pregnant

Hi everyone! My husband and I just found out we are 5 weeks pregnant and super excited! But now I’m concerned with his birthday trip we have planned in September to go to Colombia. I plan on speaking to my doctor about the risk of Zika and whatever else. But honestly regardless of what she says we might just have to cancel because I’m just too cautious.

Any pregnant woman have been traveling or plan to travel outside the US during their pregnancy? What are your thoughts?
