What is this bleeding?

Hello everyone,

So I have completely freaking out over my bleeding. I am 1 day late for my period - my period is usually 28 days long ( I was suppose to ovulate on May 9th (based on this app) so I don’t know.

Today morning I woke up with a lot of egg-white like cervical discharge, however two hours ago I started having this pinkish discharge, with lower back cramps. ( I’ve been having cramps for the past two weeks, feeling nauseated and sore breasts). I don’t know what’s going on. Like am I getting my period or is this a late ovulation?
