Spotting after faint positive?

Has anyone gotten a faint positive and then the day of or after your supposed to get your period started having brownish/light pinkish spotting and still went on to have a healthy pregnancy?

I got a faint positive yesterday on equate early preg test and possibly a vvfl with first response and I have brownish pinkish CM today. So I am very confused as well because I see a lot of people posting that implantation isnt a real thing and now I'm bummed and confused because of the faint positives?

I’m going through that now I got 5 positives even one this morning and bleeding
