TMI!!!! Is this normal after delivery?

Hey ladies, is this normal after a vaginal delivery 4 days ago? It’s not all blood, it’s mainly like a chunk of uterine lining i guess?

I was told to contact my midwife if I lost any blood clots larger than the size of a toonie. (Idk if you’re in Canada but it’s a $2 coin about 3/4-1” in diameter)

That looks normal I’m 3 months postpartum and still sometimes having those come out of me

Looks normal to me if you pass more with severe pain see doctor.

I was told to be concerned about clots larger than a fist, so based on that it seems normal... it’s been over two years so I don’t remember in detail but I do know that I bled a lot after.
