Tips for meeting Navy PT standards !!

hey ladies !!

about a few months back during college in February, I decided I wanted to join the Navy in a year or so. Contacted a recruiter who said I need to be at 150lbs to start the process. started at a weight if 210, & now im about 173lbs !! a tough road but i am finally almost there !!

what i’m really having trouble with is sit ups, push ups, & the 1.5 mile run. any tips or advice on how to be able to do these? i can hardly do push ups or sit ups, & run a mile of about 18 mins ( i just started running again ). any tips is great, thank yall !!!!
