Weight loss after pregnancy
I'm having a really hard time losing weight after pregnancy. I'm dieting (doing weight watchers) and doing light to moderate exercise every single day. I've been at it for over a month now and am down just 4 pounds. I feel like my body should be losing more aggressively considering I stopped exercising in the 3rd trimester and I had a csection so I didn't exercise at all for 6 weeks. Is it normal to struggle to lose weight postpartum? I'm not breastfeeding and I'm a wopping 22 pounds away from my prepregnancy weight...just seems like it should be a little more willing to come off. Hoping I don't have something going on with my thyroid or metabolism.
