Come up with date and time, invites, food and decorations. You can get some decorations at Walmart and dollar tree for cheap. We are doing ours on a budget and got table covers for 97 cents from Walmart and getting cheap plastic silverware and cooking my own food/snacks

You can make cream cheese mints, buy some cheap chips and cookies as refreshments. Go to Dollar tree and buy out the decorations.  And maybe look up some fun games on Pinterest?
