Heavy Flow

So for the past like 6 months my period has been really heavy and it’s usually just a normal flow. For the past 3 periods I’ve leaked through at school everyday I’ve had it. I never know what to do so I just wait till everyone has left the room then I leave and don’t tell anyone about the seat (I know I’m a bad person). But it’s not me leaking thats annoying me (it still annoys me but this does more) it’s more how many pads/tampons I’m going through. Today I used 2 tampons and 1 pad (all super and extra) and still leaked through. I don’t like to go to the toilet at school because my toilets are awful. My friend leaked once and her mum put her on the pill (she told me that was the reason for the pill) , but my mum refuses to put me on it . So does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do at school ?
