Do you get these?

I just ended my period and i been getting small cramps and this morning i woke up with a cramp. Is it okay to get cramps after your period ended?

On my last day of my period i had sex (he wore a condom) and after i felt fine (this happen on Tuesday) and yesterday i was very gassey and stomach cramps on and off and this morning i woke up with cramp.

Idk if it’s because of my period? Or because my body been adapting to me drinking apple cider vinegar and i think it could be symptoms from drinking it Bc i heard it helps you loose weight when ur exercising
