New to the group unfortunately

I was due with my second baby January 5th 2020. At 6w1d, I went in for an early dating scan and I was right on track with everything and the hb was 115. However, I knew something was wrong, I didn’t have any bleeding or cramping but my nausea and all the other symptoms went away. I went in for my 8week appt (8 weeks 3 days) on Wednesday and found out the baby no longer had a heartbeat. I was devastated and not sure why this happened. They wanted me to go to the medical imaging place the next morning because they were already closed. However with my paranoid self I knew I had to go that night. So I immediately was taken to the er by my fiancé. They also found no heartbeat and did my hcg and it was at 71000. My doctor wanted me to follow up the following day anyways so I went in and she wanted me to go get one more scan to for sure to confirm it. So a few hours later I went into the hospital in the radiology and that was when it was confirmed that the baby stopped growing shortly after the six weeks ultrasound and the heartbeat was no longer there. I was crying non stop. So my doctor scheduled me for a d&e for today (5/31). (Already occurred) One because my body did not miscarry naturally already and two because I couldn’t bare the pain of seeing it happen. My fiancé and I are so heartbroken over this loss. We have a 1 1/2 year old daughter and are set to be married in September. We are hoping to try for our rainbow baby after the wedding. ❤️
