Bladder pain after D and C

Not sure if this is the right spot to post this but I had a d and c a week ago. Everything was fine I had very mild cramping and fairly light bleeding. I did feel a UTI starting but once I started the antibiotics I was fine. I was super bloated which was uncomfortable but for the most part fine. Well today I started cramping, but I was telling my husband I’m having a hard time pinpointing the cramping. Felt like the plain of constipation but it didn’t feel like constipation, felt like really bad period cramps but mostly in my bladder. I went to pee tonight and pushed so I could get it all out and the lain got so much worse.

Is this normal or something I should be concerned about. I figured if it lasts a few more days I’ll call my OB.
