Advice?

I'm not really sure what's happening.. My period is 2 weeks late but all my home tests are negative. I did get two tests that showed a line(blue dye) in the time frame but they got darker after the time frame so I assumed I wasn't pregnant because I know they are bad for false positives. I took 3 first response tests that came out negative. I took another test on Saturday also negative. But my boobs are killing me and I'm literally puking every morning and just constantly nauseous all day. I'm not sure what to do at this point. My doctor won't do a blood test unless i have a home pregnancy test say positive. I also have Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome so maybe that's causing the symptoms?
