Frustrated...

I keep panicking that my body doesn't know how to go into labor by itself. With my first I was induced and it was not a great experience for me...luckily my doctor this time around said there is no need to induce right now,unless I want to.. I'm 38+1 today and two weeks ago I was 1 cm,I just got out of the doctors appointment and he said I was still only 1cm... I'm so frustrated!!! I walked for about 8 hours last weekend and nothing changed. I'm constantly panicking that my body has zero idea what to do and that I'll have to get induced again....
