Back cramps/period cramps.

I'm sitting at work and have some pretty consistent back cramps that are radiating to the front and turning into period cramps. They seem to be happening every few minutes and they're annoying enough to be somewhat painful. I'm waiting to see if they intensify at all. Of course I have an all afternoon meeting this afternoon so I'm trying to tell myself its nothing but they are definitely making it so I can't focus. 🙄 I'm 37w5d today. Ive had a lot of cramping thats turned into nothing so far so I'm convinced this is nothing too.
