So much pain

Yesterday we went into labor and delivery and I swear while we were there I started going into labor after about 3 hours I had bad intense contractions that were picking up back to back on the monitors. Enough that I was crying and screaming like I was in real labor .. since I'm not 37 weeks yet they tried to stop them and got them slowed down but today my BODY HURTS LIKE ALL LIVING HELL. My stomach is so sore and my back is killing me. They told me my cervix was dropping and was alot lower than it was Friday night when we were checked. Has anyone had this happen and labor wasn't long after ??? Idk if I can live with this soreness right now it's hard to move.😢
