Cervix Soft & Baby head really low

Yesterday i had alot of intense contractions going on more than usual while relaxing on the couch having family movie time. Well today at my appt i let my dr know about the contractions and she checked to see if i had dilated any good thing i haven't. But......my cervix is soft and baby boy head is really low 😱.

Are there any other mommies on here who has had this to happened and if so how long was it before baby decided to come?

Also im only 32w4d
