9 week difference.
What the hell? So far I've lost 20 pounds but dont see any difference here. All the "before " pictures are on the left. I had already lost a few pounds in those pictures as well. Idk what else to do. Been on keto for 9 weeks, counting calories as well, working out daily for an hour (weights and cardio). Literally pushing myself but not getting very far. Do you guys see any difference? I seriously just want to give up. I started at 213 and as of today 192, I do have more energy but why isn't my body changing!?
