Time to lose it!

I had my baby girl in December, so going on 6 months pp. I still am 10lbs above my pre-pregnancy weight. The number on the scale is not what bothers me, it's this mommy pouch. I'm really struggling to lose it and lately have had no motivation to do anything about it. I'm so ready to kick myself in the rear though.

Does anyone have any tips on how to lose mommy belly? What has worked best for you? Diet and/or exercise. Also how do you keep yourself motivated to keep working at it?
