Too scared to put to bed

I have a 3 month old she is great. Besides the teething it’s great. She refuses to sleep during the day unless it’s in my arms. How do I put her to bed? Without waking her up? She sleeps for 20 minutes or less. I’m so annoyed. In the evenings I get a solid six hours and then 4 hours. Only one night feed. So the evenings is great I put her down and she stays down. During the day she refuses to sleep. I need help and don’t be rude or I’ll delete your comment. I’d like some help. I go back to work in 3 weeks and I need her to get used to nap times
