HELP NEW MOM ! Backseat mirror ?

I have a 2007 Nissan Altima and I really want a mirror to put on the back seat so I can see my baby girl when she is born in October but my head rest does not go up ? I'm thinking it won't be safe is any body having this problem ?

Ok so a mirror is not safe because it can fly when there’s an accident ?????? Gtfoh 🙄🙄 what about the other items in the car ??? Would they not fly also? Unless is a really freaking clean car. 
Get the mirror it helps a lot to check on your baby when you’re driving

Get one, it's very useful.
Ours is made of very light weight plastic, it wouldn't even hurt an insect.

The mirrors actually are not recommended anyway because they can some off in an accident

Do you have anchors by your back window? My headrests are non existent but I found one that I could hook to an anchor. Plus with it being anchored it won’t fall off the head rest.
