Is my 3 month old behind??

He won’t hold his head up like at all during tummy time. He has always hated it but i still try to do a few minutes a day but he just lays there with his head on the floor and screams 😫 he was born 3 weeks early, could that mean he’ll be a few weeks behind on milestones?? And suggestions to help him not despise tummy time please!

I made a post about this a few days ago! My baby girl does the same thing, she’s furious and literally face plants into the ground screaming 😩 But she lifts her head up just fine when I hold her & loves to sit upright in her chair. 
I was freaking out too, but I wouldn’t worry about it now if he’s meeting his other milestones. Apparently a lot of babies hate tummy time. Tummy time is a recent thing, my mom, MIL, grandmas etc had never even heard of such a thing....we all hold our head up just fine lol.

My son hates it!!! Literally just burrows his face in the floor and screams ... today I got him to do almost ten mins!!  I bought these two things off of amazon and they seem to work.. (he loves looking at himself). Figured I share you never know it might work?!?!

My son doesn’t like it either and it worries my. He’ll hold his head up when sat perfectly fine and he lifts his head whilst on my chest but put him on his tummy and he just lays there 😂!! I don’t know what to do to help

Maybe start laying him on your chest and see if he starts picking up his head. I also put a mirror in front of my daughter during tummy time and she actually started enjoying it after a few times with that.
