Pedialyte?

Pedialyte is safe for an almost three month old, right? She’s been throwing up quite a bit (unfortunately vomiting is normal for her so we have to keep an eye on her.) All day she’s been pretty irritable, inconsolably crying on and off, and her soft spot is looking a little more in than usual. If pedialyte is okay should it only be the unflavored kind or is a flavored but dye free one alright?
