Low cervix

How do i know if i have a low cervix or if my fingers are just short? Ive been using a menstrual cup for 3 years now (lily cup compact) and am trying to adjust to the organicup (size a) no matter how far up i insert i can feel it at my entrance, even w the stem cut off and turned inside out. W the lily cup i compact the bottom so i cant feel it at my entrance. When i try to feel where my cervix is i cant feel anything so im not sure if i have a high cervix and short fingers preventing me from inserting the cup high enough, or if i have a low cervix and am not feeling for it correctly. Advice? (Im only 5ft and have small hands btw)
