Allergic to latex??

My boyfriend came back from Jamaica and I made him use a condom when we had sex....told him I didn’t trust what he did while he was there. But we ended up having sex without a condom later. That was Monday/Tuesday and almost right after since, I have had a little itchiness, a lot of yellowish discharge (very slightly yellow), it doesn’t smell bad - there’s just so much of it, you can smell it on my clothes. I’ve never had a yeast infection, so I don’t know if it could be that, an STI, an allergy to latex...do all of these come on pretty quickly??
