4 weeks 4 days

I’m needing some closure or advice. I am currently 4 weeks and 4 days, along with finding out early comes along more worry time.. I had some back pain on my right side and I’m just wanting to know if this is a usual symptom or if it sounds like I’m miscarrying? I haven’t spotted or bled at all. My stomach isn’t cramping. I’ve been trying to get used to sleeping on my side and I don’t know if that’s something to do with it? I’m not sure.. I’m just worried to death. 😔
