Emotional 😫

So im nearly 10 weeks pregnant and we decided to tell all the family(both sides) a few weeks ago so that they all knew🤷🏼‍♀️ but now it's been a couple weeks and my fiancé's mom has already bought a Moses basket and a cot for the baby which im a little hurt by because me and my fiancé had a whole nursery set picked out that we liked and a colour scheme. She's also already told all her friends about the baby when we asked her not to tell anyone until we announce it ourselves and I just don't know how to explain to her that it kinda hurt she went behind both of our backs to buy things and tell people about the baby. Am I overreacting? I'm just a hormonal mess and I love his mother so much but I'm just annoyed that she took a special part away from us and I just don't want to upset her
