Pregnant & Poor

Even though I was on the shot - I just found out I’m pregnant 13 weeks! Like of course new life makes me happy, my kids are beautiful and bring such joy to our lives. But with my husband staying at home with the kids - I can’t even afford the $35 copay for my initial check up.... and I still owe my OB like a couple grand from my younger 2 babies who are both under 2. So every time I do go to the OB, the receptionist puts me on blast for the debt I owe and it’s embarrassing af. Can I just skip the check-ups and just take care of myself? I don’t actually need the checkups do I?... ugh.... don’t know what to do..
