Help!!!

Hey girls, so my new born who is 5 days old now, spits up every time I burp her, I’m not sure what to do! I’m breast feeding not bottle feeding, I have to hold her in a foot ball hold because my breast are quite big, but I make sure that she’s up right and not laying, she won’t burp for me in the sitting position I have to burp her over the shoulder, I get so nervous at night time to put her to sleep because I’m afraid she will spit up in her sleep! I need help because then I’m literally not sleeping. Gahh it’s so stressful!
