Denied FMLA!!
Hey guys! So i was talking to my coworker about being eligible for FMLA. And she told me there’s no way that i should’ve gotten it because another coworker who was full time(I’m part time) was denied. She then went on to say that we can be denied FMLA for pregnancy and that we can only get it if the pregnancy is high risk! This is my second baby and this is the first time in ever hearing about this. I live in Nevada if that helps, but have you guys heard of this?
